I used to make …
I used to make adaptive equipment for w/c bound people, so I probably would have countersunk the screws & glued carpet over them but it’s probably not necessary with cats. They know what they’re doing, after all they climb trees without benefit of carpeting. Nice job.

Looks very garage / home made but most important is , CAT is happy . Good job !
Better quality carpet $1.00 for sqft looks better , is much thicker and softer . Just looks better .

They are also known …
They are also known as Lodge Poles and are commonly used to support newly planted trees. I bought them and everything else used in this project at Home Depot.
